Compassionate Psychiatric Care, Built Around You
Apex Mental Wellness was founded on a simple belief: that every Coloradan deserves access to expert psychiatric care — without the long wait, the long drive, or the feeling of being rushed through a system that doesn't see them.

Philosophy of care
How We Think About Treatment
Good psychiatric care isn't one-size-fits-all. We take a whole-person approach — considering your history, your lifestyle, your values, and your goals — before making any recommendations.
Evidence-based, not algorithmic
We follow the research, but we treat people — not diagnoses. Every recommendation is grounded in clinical evidence and tailored to your specific situation.
Medication as a tool, not a default
We believe medication can be life-changing when it's right for you. We also believe in honest conversations about when it may not be the best first step.
Culturally competent care
With fluency in multiple languages and experience serving patients from diverse backgrounds, we meet you where you are — culturally, linguistically, and personally.
Collaborative, not directive
We work with you, not at you. Your lived experience is clinical data. We listen carefully and adjust your plan as your needs evolve.

Why Telehealth, Why Colorado
Colorado is a big state. For many residents — especially those in rural or underserved communities — accessing quality psychiatric care has meant long drives, long waits, or going without. Telehealth changes that.
We built Apex Mental Wellness as a telehealth-first practice because we believe the best care happens when it's easy to access. Secure video visits mean you can meet with your provider from your home, your office, or wherever you're most comfortable — without sacrificing the quality of care.
